I would like to update my previous review. During this time all bicycle businesses are very busy. Patience is important. I look forward to giving Jafe Cycling my business and I wish them the best. Many people still are unaware of African American contributions to world cycling from Major Taylor to Nelson Vails to Yohann Gene. Diversity is so important and absolutely necessary in businesses that aren't typical minority businesses.

A friend referred me to Jafe Cycling. I contacted them and was serviced by Matt. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the turn around was the next day, which was exceptional. Most bike repair shops estimated a 3 week turn around time. The price was affordable and reasonable. The customer service was great, as Matt was accommodating with pick-up and drop off and he was patient as I asked questions about bike performance and additional maintenance. Matt even provided follow-up customer service as I contacted him about purchasing a new bike. Customer service and quality service are two very important things I look for in a business and my expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend Jafe Cycling to anyone who is looking for bike repair services.

Jafe's Cycling services were AMAZING! The turn around was quick and the repairs were affordable! I had a flat and went to the owner for a quick fix. He not only fixed my flat, he also adjusted my breaks (which had been sticking for a while), and gave my bike a tune up. Now it rides like brand new! Definitely coming back to utilize his services!
